Exactly, but I'm not convinced that preseeding is the right way to do it. I've suggested a better way to do this a few weeks back on a discussion that happened on this list and on the pkg-exim4-devel mailinglist; I'm currently in the process of implementing the proposed alternative configuration scheme (which is taking me more work than expected).
