I thought I would note this as a normal Debian bug report instead of mailing you directly. The stx2any package contains a watch file which you seem to have adjusted to your needs (at least it looks a bit like it), however, it doesn't work since your webpage doesn't contain a source archive with version number. I suggest either removing the watch file or adjusting your webpage and the watchfile so that it actually can tell the newest upstream release.
