I've recently added SQLite support to dbconfig-common because I need it for the phpwiki package. It's in the svn repository in a branch called sqlite http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/dbconfig-common/branches/sqlite/?rev=0&sc=0 It just waiting on a bit more testing before I prompt sean again to get it into the proper release.
