I'll admit the "FUCK debian" commentary makes me less interested in working with you. FYI, the last dialog about this patch was that there was still work ongoing. This was the first message in almost a year either requesting a merge or suggesting that the patch was done and ready to merge. (And even that is somewhat oblique rather than stated directly.)
