Package: php4
Version: 4:4.3.10-8
Severity: normal

After an upgrade from php4 4.3.10-2 to -8, the IonCube PHP Accellerator
(iphp.ini: zend_extension = php_accelerator_1.3.3r2.so) stopped working.

There are no error messages in the logs, but if I strace apache -X, I
don't see the extension being loaded.

Yes, phpa is old and unsupported, and yes it's quirky, but it works quite
well for me - especially with Horde it makes the difference.

I don't know what's at stake here, but I would appreciate if I could get
my webmail system back up to speed, without having to shell out a
fortune for the commercial alternatives.

TIA,
Thomas
