OK, it's been a terribly long time but, for the record, I just wanted to
review this bug in the light of the current gnucash version, 2.0.1-1.

The invoice-related reports have been overhauled for 2.0 and AFAICT,
your request has been implemented, albeit not quite in the manner you
describe because the invoice structure appears to differ from gnucash
1.6 to 2.0 (I can't remember what 1.6 looked like!)

Every item specified in a gnucash2 invoice is now representable in at
least one of the supported report types for invoices.

If you are still interested in gnucash, please take a look at v2.0 and
let me know if you consider this bug closed.

If there is no response, I'll close the report because gnucash does now
support output of all available invoice fields.
