Package: imp4 Version: 4.1.1-1 Severity: important Hi,
After setting up horde and imp for the first time, i can't login to imp with an IMAP-server (localhost:993/imap/ssl/novalidate-cert). Login to horde using the same credentials on the same IMAP-server works flawlessly, but when I try to login to imp, the login just hangs a long time and finally returns with an empty 'redirect.php'. Most of the time i noticed two imapd-processes when trying to login to imp, so i think that's where the problem is, because one is probably holding some kind of lock. Note that both processes are spawned through the imp-login process.... Using something like thunderbird obviously works perfectly, just like logging in to horde. I've also tried downgrading to 4.0.2-2, but that doesn't make any difference. Finally, trying /imp/test.php works perfectly and suggests multiple (3) configs to use for the imap-server. The one i used is obviously one of these :-) Cheers, Taco. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.16.13-1 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) Versions of packages imp4 depends on: ii horde3 3.1.2-1 horde web application framework ii php4-imap 4:5.1.2-1 IMAP module for php4 Versions of packages imp4 recommends: ii locales 2.3.6.ds1-2 GNU C Library: National Language ( -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
