Package: dvdauthor
Version: 0.6.11-3.1

When I try to mux text subtitles in a MPEG2 file (SVCD
standards), sometimes, but in the very same points of
the subtitle substream, i have some black, unreadable
subtitles, instead of default, white and with a black
outline ones.

This the command I used:

spumux -m svcd movie.mpeg < subtitle.xml >
movie_subbed.mpg

The contents of xml file are:

<subpictures>
  <stream>
    <textsub filename="legenda.srt"
      horizontal-alignment="center"
      font="arial.ttf"
      movie-width="704"
      movie-height="480"
    />
  </stream>
</subpictures>

I'm using Debian GNU/Linux testing/unstable, kernel
2.6.16-2-686, libc6 2.3.6-11

Those are dvdauthor package dependencies libraries and
versions list:
