I did download it, but it was too big for me to deal with on my
laptop, and I've been travelling a huge amount in the past month.
I haven't forgotten about it, and hopefully I'll have time to look at
it in next week or two. It's currently sitting on my just-installed,
3 terabyte RAID 6 server, which should have enough memory and enough
disk bandwidth that I'll be able to deal with the e2i file.
