Package: ion3 Version: 20050116-3 Severity: important I found at least 3 ways to make ion segfault/abort/infinite loop with the version of ion3 in Debian. All of them are fixed in the latest snapshot.
Note that a consequence of one of the bugfix is a small API change (hooks called in restricted mode), which make some new scripts (detach.lua in particular) unuseable with Debian's ion3. I strongly suggest upgrading. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.10-1-686 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages ion3 depends on: ii libc6 2.3.2.ds1-20 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libice6 4.3.0.dfsg.1-10 Inter-Client Exchange library ii liblua50 5.0.2-5 Main interpreter library for the L ii liblualib50 5.0.2-5 Extension library for the Lua 5.0 ii libsm6 4.3.0.dfsg.1-10 X Window System Session Management ii libx11-6 4.3.0.dfsg.1-10 X Window System protocol client li ii libxext6 4.3.0.dfsg.1-10 X Window System miscellaneous exte ii xlibs 4.3.0.dfsg.1-11 X Keyboard Extension (XKB) configu -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
