I'm also seeing this problem. Running Evolution with the exchange connector, and it was working fine until I upgraded to 2.6.3-1. At that stage I started to see new mail appearing in the folder tree view, but not in the mailbox display pane. So I'd end up with the folder view telling me I had 5 new messages, but no way to get at them. Quitting evolution and restarting it made them available in the message window, but nothing else did.
