Thanks for the patch. Before trying it, I tried to replicate the bug with the gcc-snapshot package. Much to my surprise, the bug is gone now. I am quite confident I am doing the right thing by setting the LD_LIBRARY_PATH and the PATH environments variables. I am using version 20060823-1 of gcc_snapshot. This may explain the different results, since Bug#362423 was filed over four months ago and it was maybe a bug in g++ which got fixed in the meanwhile. Martin, could you please try to build the octave2.1 package again using the current gcc-snapshot? -- Rafael -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
