Package: gnome-pilot-conduits Version: 2.0.12-2 Severity: normal Hello,
pilot-link 0.12.0 is now stable and available. The Debian package is available from experimental. Before uploading it to unstable and replace libpisock8 by libpisock9 I try to recompile every package using libpisock8. gnome-pilot-conduits fails to build with: gcc -DPACKAGE_NAME=\"\" -DPACKAGE_TARNAME=\"\" -DPACKAGE_VERSION=\"\" -DPACKAGE_STRING=\"\" -DPACKAGE_BUGREPORT=\"\" -DPACKAGE=\"gnome-pilot-conduits\" -DVERSION=\"2.0.12\" -DSTDC_HEADERS=1 -DHAVE_SYS_TYPES_H=1 -DHAVE_SYS_STAT_H=1 -DHAVE_STDLIB_H=1 -DHAVE_STRING_H=1 -DHAVE_MEMORY_H=1 -DHAVE_STRINGS_H=1 -DHAVE_INTTYPES_H=1 -DHAVE_STDINT_H=1 -DHAVE_UNISTD_H=1 -DHAVE_DLFCN_H=1 -DSTDC_HEADERS=1 -DRETSIGTYPE=void -DGETTEXT_PACKAGE=\"gnome-pilot-conduits\" -DHAVE_LOCALE_H=1 -DHAVE_LC_MESSAGES=1 -DHAVE_BIND_TEXTDOMAIN_CODESET=1 -DHAVE_GETTEXT=1 -DHAVE_DCGETTEXT=1 -DENABLE_NLS=1 -I. -I. -I/usr/include -I.. -DORBIT2=1 -pthread -I/usr/include/libgnome-2.0 -I/usr/include/glib-2.0 -I/usr/lib/glib-2.0/include -I/usr/include/orbit-2.0 -I/usr/include/libbonobo-2.0 -I/usr/include/gconf/2 -I/usr/include/gnome-vfs-2.0 -I/usr/lib/gnome-vfs-2.0/include -I/usr/include/bonobo-activation-2.0 -I/usr/include/libgnomeui-2.0 -I/usr/include/libgnomecanvas-2.0 -I/usr/include/gtk-2.0 -I/usr/include/libart-2.0 -I/usr/include/libbonoboui-2.0 -I/usr/include/gnome-keyring-1 -I/usr/include/pango-1.0 -I/usr/include/freetype2 -I/usr/lib/gtk-2.0/include -I/usr/include/atk-1.0 -I/usr/include/cairo -I/usr/include/libpng12 -I/usr/include/libxml2 -g -O2 -Wp,-MD,.deps/email_conduit.pp -c email_conduit.c -fPIC -DPIC -o .libs/email_conduit.o email_conduit.c: In function 'synchronize': email_conduit.c:323: warning: passing argument 4 of 'dlp_ReadAppBlock' makes integer from pointer without a cast email_conduit.c:323: warning: passing argument 5 of 'dlp_ReadAppBlock' makes pointer from integer without a cast email_conduit.c:362: warning: passing argument 4 of 'dlp_ReadNextRecInCategory' from incompatible pointer type email_conduit.c:362: error: too many arguments to function 'dlp_ReadNextRecInCategory' email_conduit.c:472: warning: passing argument 4 of 'dlp_ReadNextRecInCategory' from incompatible pointer type email_conduit.c:472: error: too many arguments to function 'dlp_ReadNextRecInCategory' make[2]: *** [email_conduit.lo] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/NoBackup/Debian/libpisock9/gnome-pilot-conduits/gnome-pilot-conduits-2.0.12/email' make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/NoBackup/Debian/libpisock9/gnome-pilot-conduits/gnome-pilot-conduits-2.0.12' make: *** [build-stamp] Error 2 debuild: fatal error at line 1224: debian/rules build failed You should talk with your upstream author. I see that a new version 2.0.13 is available. Maybe the build failure is fixed with this version.
