Well, first of all what's the problem with having them?

Anyway if you see these headers in mail client after downloading them
via IMAP, then it means you're using Dovecot 0.99.x and the problem is
solved by using a newer version which hides them from clients.

The headers will still be in the mbox files even in newer versions, but
they're useful and I don't see what harm they could do.
