rubber does not find latex when it is invoked in a directory with spaces
in the name. For instance, changing to the directory /Documents/Current
Projects/ and running "rubber test.tex" returns an error

compiling test.tex...
Could not run latex.

This happens even if the file name is given to rubber in quotes, with
the full path.

Users should not have to resort to renaming their directories to use
rubber; this bug renders it unusable for many users.

Versions:
Rubber: 1.1 and latest development via darcs
Python: 2.4.3
TeTeX: 3.0-29
