This doesn't make any sense at all. If I'm squashing bugs outside of Zürich I'm still interested in seeing your claims, but I'm not going to check for any bsp-zurich-foo tags. (And having 2 tags per claim is overkill.) Please stick with the current method - if there are too many bugs the QA team will (have to) find a method of cleaning that up.
