Bug#388294: whois: missing -T dn for .de

Hello,

with version 4.7.16 whois on .de domains seems to miss the previously
implicit added `-T dn':

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home/holbe% whois tu-ilmenau.de
Domain:      tu-ilmenau.de
Status:      connect

This is probably caused by a change in 4.7.16:
  * whois.denic.de does not understand the RIPE protocol anymore.
However, downgrade to 4.7.15 immediately fixes this and shows the old
and expected behaviour:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home/holbe% whois tu-ilmenau.de
...
Domain:      tu-ilmenau.de
Domain-Ace:  tu-ilmenau.de
Nserver:     prakinf2.prakinf.tu-ilmenau.de 141.24.12.2
...
