I don't actually know if this is a bug in libsvn-dev, but I'm guessing that it is, for the following reason: At the moment I'm trying to build anjuta 2.0.2. configure sees that libsvn-dev is present and so wants to built the subversion plugin, but the build then fails because that file is missing.
