I have SDPTOOL_OPTIONS="add --channel=3 SP" in my /etc/default/bluetooth.
The command fails because kernel modules need time to load.
I need to insert a "sleep 1" to make things work.
Also sdptool outputs and errors are redirected to /dev/null
and no check is done for errors.
I solved my problem this way:
