I have thought about it myself, but there is a big but. Upstream
do not guarantee that it is binary compatible between updates.
That is the reason why I have not done that.

In fact some of it should maybe not be installed at all in the
Debian system.

Do you create something that actually use these files?

This may have changed but it was like this a year ago at least.
