In the doctype tag 'PUBLIC "xyz" \n "' is inserted (xyz means arbitrary 
charcters and \n 
stands for the line feed charcter). At the end of the document, after a line 
containing 
'">', the html-tag and the whole part of the document included within it is 
repeated.
