And in the postinst-file I find:

So the diversion for the text file work but the one for the dat file is
ignored.

See above. It is no dpkg-divert bug, its a (small) bug of the
fortunes-de package and doing a way around dpkg.

I put a small script in the attachment to remove them. ;-)

irgendjemand in den geistigen Ergüssen dieser Person interessiert sein
sollte. ;-)
