Hmm, but this bug is not only about evaluating the var files. It's also
about making dirinstall conveniently usable - more explanations below.

Actually, these bugs belong together. The HOST env Variable is already
evaluated in FAI ( I didn't test that thoroughly, but the sourcecode
look like this), but without the confdir being parsed, the things I
wanted to do as described in 390367 aren't possible.

When only .var's are evaluated, but not class/50-host-classes and
class/<HOSTNAME> people always have to give long lists of classes with
-c. And that's complicated.

Or is there another solution for this which I oversee ATM?
