no. wmii3, the successor of wmii2 does not depend on 9base anymore, and
I'm on the way of stripping 9base out of wmii2 on my own to use normal
userland, but that doesn't fit into the release schedule for etch.
Hence, please remove wmii2 on ia64, so it can enter testing and everyone
is happy.
