please do that: apt-get install apt-listchanges=2.67 (that will fail it seems) then edit: /var/lib/dpkg/info/apt-listchanges.postinst and relpace the set -e call with 'set -ex', then do: apt-get -f install and please give me all the information that you see on your term.
