Package: audacity Version: 1.2.3-1 Severity: wishlist
I don't exactly know what trimming does, though I might have used it in Ardour once or twice. So, I got the request to implement trimming in Audacity, from someone who is acquainted with Cool Edit Pro and with video editing software. P.S. Last one for today I guess :) Though more will probably follow, folks in Mali (West-Africa) are using Audacity, and they're fairly happy, but they want more. I hope to find some time in a month or so and start hacking on some of the requested stuff myself. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.10-ck5 Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) (ignored: LC_ALL set to C) Versions of packages audacity depends on: ii libc6 2.3.2.ds1-20 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libgcc1 1:3.4.3-6 GCC support library ii libid3tag0 0.15.1b-3 ID3 tag reading library from the M ii libmad0 0.15.1b-1 MPEG audio decoder library ii libogg0 1.1.0-1 Ogg Bitstream Library ii libsndfile1 1.0.10-2 Library for reading/writing audio ii libstdc++5 1:3.3.5-5 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libvorbis0a 1.0.1-1 The Vorbis General Audio Compressi ii libvorbisenc2 1.0.1-1 The Vorbis General Audio Compressi ii libvorbisfile3 1.0.1-1 The Vorbis General Audio Compressi ii libwxgtk2.4 2.4.2.6 wxWindows Cross-platform C++ GUI t -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
