Hi guys, Actually, the upstream had changed the name -- ndtpd now becomes a part of the ebnetd suite. I started to work on packaging this, but not finished yet.
On low popcon numbers -- well, NDTP is only popular in Japan, and unfortunately popcon is not so popular in Japan (I have been trying to encourage people to install popularity-contest, in vain).
