Hi, I find it quite convenient to have a current debian-keyring (although it's always available from the server via rsync, of course). I have a local updated, inofficial version at http://people.debian.org/~stigge/packages/.
James, would you mind an NMU? Do you still have the script to automatically create the detailed changelog? (Otherwise, I would write it myself.)
