When I suspend my machine using: dbus-send --system --print-reply --dest=org.freedesktop.Hal /org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/computer org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.SystemPowerManagement.Suspend int32:0 Nothing happens. Same effect using gnome-power-manager applet. But if I run "/usr/lib/hal/hal-system-power-pmu sleep" as root it works just fine. The old version 0.5.7.1-2 works just fine.
