The copyright file is not precise about the contents of the source tarball. The contrib directory contains code that is not licensed under the subversion license. About half of it is, but BSD and GPL code is also there. There is even a Apache License 2.0 file there. I have done a grep for copyright in the contrib directory and found only the described licenses. No DFSG problems were found.
