I have prepared an update of the cpphs Debian package which updates the
package to the new upstream release 1.3. I have also cleaned up the
Debian packaging a little bit.
The cpphs is now compiled with ghc6 again and is a lot faster as the
version in the archive which uses the hugs interpreter.
The diff.gz is attached.

* Introduced debian/control.in:
- Use update-haskell-control to fill in the Build-Depends on ghc6.
- Prefer ghc6 over hugs as Haskell compiler since ghc6 is installable
again.
- Drop the dependencies on nhc98 as it is no longer in the Debian
archive.
- Bump Standards-Version to 3.7.2. No changes needed.
* debian/cpphs.1: dropped. Upstream provides a man page now.
* Removed debian/{haskell-testsuite-inplace,haskell-testsuite-installed}
and call the runtest directly from debian/rules.
* debian/rules:
- Remove all nhc98 cruft.
- Remove commented out dh_* calls.
* debian/watch: added uscan watch file.
* Dropped the patches of docs/index.html, tests/runtests and Tokenise.hs
as they are applied upstream.
