Package: smokeping Version: 2.0.9-1 Severity: normal The error returned looks like: ERROR: /etc/smokeping/config ... unknown variable 'mininterval'
Note that it returns the error for any AnotherDNS-related variable, and not just mininterval. On the other hand Smokeping itself starts properly, and it seems to me that the probe is working. Almost the same configuration file with AnotherDNS changed to DNS does not cause the error. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-1-686 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages smokeping depends on: ii adduser 3.99 Add and remove users and groups ii debianutils 2.17 Miscellaneous utilities specific t ii exim4 4.63-8 metapackage to ease exim MTA (v4) ii exim4-daemon-light [mai 4.63-8 lightweight exim MTA (v4) daemon ii fping 2.4b2-to-ipv6-14 sends ICMP ECHO_REQUEST packets to ii librrds-perl 1.2.11-0.6 Time-series data storage and displ ii libsnmp-session-perl 1.08-1 Perl support for accessing SNMP-aw ii perl 5.8.8-6.1 Larry Wall's Practical Extraction ii perl-modules [libnet-pe 5.8.8-6.1 Core Perl modules ii speedy-cgi-perl 2.22-4 speed up perl scripts by making th Versions of packages smokeping recommends: ii apache [httpd] 1.3.34-4 versatile, high-performance HTTP s ii dnsutils 1:9.3.2-P1.0-1 Clients provided with BIND ii libsocket6-perl 0.19-1 Perl extensions for IPv6 -- no debconf information -- ...Bye..Dmitry. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
