Package: readline-common
Version: 5.2-1
Severity: minor

The default /etc/inputrc as provided in /usr/share/readline/inputrc
breaks the usual spanish keyboard mapping, as the Insert key
is supposed to output the "~" sign.

Way to reproduce it:

a)

Reconfigure console-tools to use the "es" keyboard mapping.
Remove /etc/inputrc.
Open a new session.
Press the insert key.

It should appear the "~" sign, as expected.

b)

Restore /etc/inputrc from its default.
Open a new session.
Press the insert key.

The "~" sign does not show.

Thanks.
