I understand from IRC that Reinhard is working to prepare a fix for these today, that's great to hear. After looking over the bugs, I think they should also be tagged etch-ignore on the grounds that even though "freeware" is not an appropriate license to modify and distribute, it's not a stretch to think that this may have been the author's intention. Of course this needs to be resolved in the long-term anyway; if you have a fix ready to go in the very short term, that's even better! Please upload with an urgency appropriate for an RC bug, and if we should happen to freeze before these packages are ready please contact debian-release for a freeze exception since the etch-ignore take will have dropped this issue off our radar.
