After some thought, I've decided to reassign this to initscripts. There's
really nothing I can sensibly change about boot time mounting in nfs-utils,
and there's already code in initscripts that's supposed to handle this (or at
least I put some there once :-) ). So, if it doesn't work, something changed
in initscripts, and given that the NFS mounting there was rewritten recently,
and I didn't change anything in nfs-utils, I guess it's the prime candidate
:-)
