Hi, I have same problem with a Transmeta laptop (you can find here[*] dmesg/lspci): "Intel ISA PCIC Probe: not found" flooding when system try to modprobe i82365 module. If I blacklist i82365 (I don't have PCMCIA on this laptop), this is okay.
