Package: findutils Version: 4.1.20-5 Severity: minor /media is where USB hard disks, digital cameras, and such are mounted by pmount+udev. This is quite handy. It is not, however, usually sensible to have them added to the locate database: those disks come and go too frequenty. Thus I think it would be sensible to add /media to PRUNEPATHS in /etc/updatedb.conf .
