Package: perlpanel Version: 1:0.9.1+cvs20051225-1 Error messages: Error configuring 'Launcher' applet: Unrecognised image file format at /usr/share/perlpanel//PerlPanel/Applet/Launcher.pm line 129.
*** unhandled exception in callback: *** Unrecognised image file format at /usr/share/perlpanel//PerlPanel/Applet/Configurator.pm line 308. *** ignoring at /usr/share/perlpanel//PerlPanel.pm line 184. The first error message is given upon startup, but perlpanel loads and seems to be alright. I clicked on Actions > Configure and nothing happens. But in ~.xsession-errors, or in eterm if started there, the second message appears. Everything else seems to work OK. The following is the same line in both files referenced by the error. line 129 and line 30: my $pbf = Gtk2::Gdk::Pixbuf- Some system info: |uname -a Linux Debian-SS2 2.6.18.20061026-ss2 #1 SMP PREEMPT Thu Oct 26 11:40:50 EDT 2006 i686 GNU/Linux ||ls -l /lib/libc.so.6| :lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 13 2006-11-04 11:10 /lib/libc.so.6 -> libc-2.3.6.so perl -v: This is perl, v5.8.8 built for i486-linux-gnu-thread-multi I don't know how long it's been like this, been a while since I used the configure applet.
