I've integrated the patch with a couple of other minor pending changes. Small change: I've kept libnet.cfg in /etc/perl/Net (as opposed to /etc/perl) as a path of Net/libnet.cfg is more consistent with upsream. Since base is frozen, and I'm off-line for the next week and a half in an hour or so I've chosen not to upload the package. I ran out of time to build the package, but will have a couple of free days when I get back and will do so then.
