Here is a diff of the ~/.kde/share/config/kickerrc file before applying the changes in kcontrol and after:
73c73 < XineramaScreen=-1 --- > XineramaScreen=0 With "XineramaScreen=-1" the panel doesn't appear, with "XineramaScreen=0" it works again.
