Subject: powerbutton event should be handled by gnome Package: acpi Version: 0.09-1 Severity: normal
Powerbutton events should be handled by gnome, if gnome-power-manager is running. It pops up a nice dialog that asks if the users want to suspend, hibernate, shutdown, etc. Currently, /etc/acpi/powerbtn.sh checks for presence of powersaved and kde, but not for gnome. -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-2-686 Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages acpi depends on: ii libc6 2.3.6.ds1-8 GNU C Library: Shared libraries acpi recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
