Package: nictools-pci Version: 1.3.8-1 Severity: normal tulip_diag (and presumably the rest) try to access the legacy /proc/pci interface which doesn't seem to exist in debian's 2.6 kernel packages (I recall a kernel config of CONFIG_PCI_LEGACY_PROC, but this seems to be removed from the kernel now -- was this what created /proc/pci?):
