The first 75% of the diff is the configure script, but the rest does have an actual patch to add sound playing and such.
There used to be a webpage describing the patch, but that seems to have disappeared now. The sounds were taken from Breakout, and I don't remember where the music came from.
As for a copyright statement, I didn't see anything on that. miquev.net is still an active website, but I can't read the native language -- Spanish I believe -- well enough to find contact information.
If anybody can get me the contact information I'm willing to make contact and get a clear copyright statement and sources of the sounds/music.
