retitle 400580 not all platforms are "ondemand" capable, please don't use it in 
the default config

Ok, I poked a little with the kernel sources and as far as I can tell
the ondemand governor has never been available for powerpc.
Now, cpufreqd recently started shipping a configuration file that uses
the ondemand governor and you have been hit by this upgrade.

Looking at cpufreqd history I'd say this is since cpufreqd-2.0, possible?

I'll work on a more conservative config file in the next days.
