Exactly. I do most main installations with FAI. For FAI I either run a network installation, or I call fai dirinstall from a role script. (that's why this is still run with noinstall). And I always want to have a comfortable way to create configs and volumes with one command - xen-tools has it. I just talked about doing exactly this on a conference presentation and the audience liked the idea :) > > I can't imagine that is a terribly common requirement To give a more common example: Anybody who wants to install hvm domains from isos can use it, it's one command versus all the stuff from config creation and creating images, and it's easily replay-able.
