Hi,
This is strange. Does "depmod -a" work on your machine ?
If "depmod -a" (as root) gives you the same error, then
it is a problem with depmod. Is your kernel installed
from the Debian package ?
Günter
(or similar, as the above was typed from memory).
I use a customised kernel, compiled with make-kpkg.
depmod -a
worked fine when run a few minutes ago.
I am presently compiling a new kernel (Debian .config plus PentiumII,
pre-emption and security as a module so that realtime-lsm can be
installed). After the new kernel compilation, I will also try
recompiling realtime-lsm and see how it goes.
Regards,
Arthur.
