i've renamed the /usr/lib/hal/hald-addon-cpufreq (disabled it) and now it boots smoothly :-)
thanks ! so i nerrowed it down, but can i figure it more deeply ? and also... i can r disable acpi_freq and freq_table modules from loading ? because i think i get the same crash from those models too.
