I never see this happen.
I was also able to reproduce it by connecting directly to postgrey.
Probably related to berkeley db. Creating a checkpoint also seems to
take enough time to give periodic warnings after each hour.
And about the other thing - I have nothing to add, I'm sorry. I'll

leave the bug open for now.
I added a logcheck rule. With postfix it's important to notice this
warning since the connection is always kept open. This isn't true for
exim, and silencing this warning seems impossible with IO::Multiplex.
