Yes I already tried this and then started an apt-get -f install, it seems to rebuild this backup file and fails then with the same reason, I think it must be an error in postinst. I'll go to fetch the source tonight and also have a look at it. Maybe I will find the mistake... When I won't be too tired I will also test the script step by step.
