Package: traceroute

Hi,
the current version fails to build on GNU/kFreeBSD.
It needs small tweak to debian packaging,
configure.in/configure and for compliance with gcc-4.1 .
Please find attached patch with that.
It would also be nice if you can ask upstream
to include this changes.
